Mrityunjay has over 15 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Milliman since September 2008. In this role, Mrityunjay oversees a team of benefit professionals managing pension benefits for clients and ensuring administrative accuracy and compliance with service level agreements. Prior to Milliman, Mrityunjay worked as an Assistant Manager at Patni Computer Systems Ltd from December 2005 to September 2008, focusing on Mercer-related tasks, and as a Team Member at Hewitt Associates LLC from April 2004 to September 2005, where responsibilities included conducting transaction accuracy audits. Mrityunjay holds an M.Sc. in Electronics from Jamia Millia Islamia and a B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, and Electronics from Delhi University, complemented by primary and secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
