Oshi Wilks

Oshi Wilks is currently a Principal, Consulting Actuary at Milliman, where they leverage global expertise to address various challenges in reserve reviews, capital optimization, and data analytics. Oshi previously held senior actuarial roles at Co-op Insurance, including Head of Regulatory Capital and Model Use, and Head of Capital Management. They started their career as a Junior Actuarial Trainee at Jardine Lloyd Thompson and progressed to a Senior Actuarial Trainee at the Government Actuary's Department. Oshi earned a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Mathematics from The University of Manchester and completed 14 out of 15 actuarial exams at The Institute of Actuaries.
