Peter Hallum

Peter Hallum is a seasoned consulting actuary with extensive experience in providing strategic, technical, and actuarial solutions to both public and private clients, currently serving at Milliman since April 2019. Prior roles include Associate Director at Alethea and Navigant, where responsibilities involved client development, project management, and the design of innovative payment systems and merger integration strategies. Peter's earlier career highlights include a Senior Analyst position at Pratt & Whitney, focusing on fleet utilization forecasting and logistics optimization, as well as consulting roles at Navigant and an actuarial analyst position at Milliman. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Western Washington University.
