Rachel Killian

Rachel Killian is a highly experienced healthcare actuarial professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as Principal & Consulting Actuary at Milliman, Inc. since October 2004, Rachel has provided consulting services to a diverse range of clients including insurance carriers, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, HMOs, government entities, state high-risk pools, accountable care organizations, provider organizations, and employers. Previously, Rachel worked as an Associate Actuary at Pan-American Life Insurance Company from May 1994 to September 2004. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math from the University of New Orleans, earned in 1994.
