Rachel Phillips

Rachel Phillips is an accomplished program leader with extensive experience in information security and compliance management. Currently serving as the Program Leader for the Global IS Advisory & Compliance Program at Milliman since January 2019, Rachel oversees security and risk management consulting for over 160 practice offices worldwide. Previously, Rachel held positions at IOActive, Inc. as Director of Program Management, at Moss Adams as a Senior IT Security Administrator, and at HackerAgency in various program management roles. Rachel's educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Information Security and Assurance, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in New Media and Internet Marketing from Purdue Global.
