Rebecca Smith

Rebecca Smith currently serves as a Principal at Milliman since July 2020, following an extensive tenure at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from July 2010 to June 2020. During that time, Rebecca held several key roles, including Senior Program Manager in Clinical Insights & Analytics, responsible for new program development and clinical strategy, and Senior Project Manager for National Accounts Third-Party Exchanges, overseeing various operational and strategic aspects. In addition, Rebecca's experience includes managing private equity accounts and assisting in sales and implementations as a National Accounts New Business Sales Associate. Prior to Aetna, Rebecca contributed as a Field Researcher at the Caribbean Primate Research Center and gained foundational experience as a National Accounts Intern at Aetna. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Evolutionary Biology and German from Harvard University and an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School.
