Richard Frese

Richard Frese is a Principal and Consulting Actuary at Milliman since August 2002, specializing in property and casualty insurance with a focus on loss reserving and forecasting for self-insured clients in medical malpractice and workers' compensation liability. Richard also possesses extensive experience in commercial lines of insurance, including workers' compensation, professional liability, general liability, auto liability, and property insurance. Prior to Milliman, Richard interned at Allstate from June 1999 to August 2001, where responsibilities included working on rate changes, demographic studies, and policyholder retention analysis. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2002.
