Richard Lord has extensive experience in the actuarial field, serving as a Principal & Consulting Actuary and Global Practice Director of Casualty at Milliman, Inc. since June 1987. Lord is also a member of the Board of Directors at Milliman. Previously, Lord held the position of Chairman for the Medical Professional Liability Committee at the American Academy of Actuaries from July 2010 to January 2015 and was a board member of the City of Hope National Insurance Industry Council from September 2000 to November 2004. Richard Lord holds a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which was pursued between 1987 and 1990.
