Siew Gee Lim, FCAS, currently serves as an Actuary at Milliman since January 2024. Prior to this role, Siew spent over 14 years at AAA-The Auto Club Group, progressing through various positions including Associate Actuary - Pricing Modeling, where management of a team of three focused on predictive modeling to drive data-informed decision making for insurance pricing. In the role of Associate Actuary - Personal Lines Pricing, Siew managed a larger team of up to eight, overseeing rate reviews, indications, generalized linear modeling, and product implementation. Earlier career experience includes positions as Supervising Assistant Actuary and Actuarial Analyst. Siew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Economics from the University of Michigan, completed in 2009.
