Stefany Ross

Stefany Ross is an experienced healthcare management consultant currently working at Milliman since February 2025. Prior to this role, Stefany held multiple positions at Indiana University Health, including Director of Organizational Excellence & Alignment, Chief of Staff (Interim) for the South Central Region, and Administrative Fellow in System Operations from July 2018 to December 2024. Stefany's earlier experience includes serving as a Project/Program Manager for the OSU Health Plan at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and a Graduate Administrative Resident at UCHealth. Stefany holds a Master of Health Administration with a focus on Health Services Management and Policy from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Management & Policy from Indiana University Bloomington. Additional education includes a semester abroad at King's College London, concentrating on Public Health.
