Stephen DiCenso

Stephen DiCenso is an experienced Property & Casualty actuary and the current Principal and Consulting Actuary at Milliman, Inc. Since 2008, they have focused on commercial alternative markets, including workers compensation and public entity risk pools, among other specialties. They have held various actuarial roles, including Vice President at The Hartford and Deloitte, and Lead Actuary at Coregis Group. Stephen is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, where they also contribute to specific committees. Previously, Stephen served as Past President and is currently a Board member of the Connecticut Captive Insurance Association.
