Susan Puz

Susan Puz is an experienced professional serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Milliman since May 2012, overseeing regulatory compliance in various areas including anti-bribery, GDPR, employment issues, and HIPAA for the global consulting firm. Prior to this role, Puz was the Senior Assistant General Counsel at Garden City Group from March 2010 to May 2012, focusing on general legal and corporate compliance matters. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Governance Analyst at Russell Investment Group, where Puz led contract renewal processes for mutual funds and developed business processes to meet SEC requirements, and as a Staff Attorney at the Department of Financial Institutions, Securities Division, conducting compliance examinations. Puz holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado, a BA in Anthropology from Washington State University, and a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional designation from the FINRA Institute at Wharton.
