Tarnya Bell

Tarnya Bell is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR for EMEA, APAC, and LATAM at Milliman since October 2019, Tarnya also holds the title of Head of People & Resource Management. Prior to this role, Tarnya was the Managing Director at TKB Consulting, where advisory services in Human Resources were provided to clients in the financial services and engineering sectors. Tarnya's career includes significant positions such as HR Director during a maternity leave period, Group HR Director at Flowgroup plc, and Head of Operations at Prospectus Management Consultants, among others. Tarnya is an MBA graduate from Henley Business School, further enhancing a strong educational foundation complemented by earlier schooling at Rickmansworth Masonic School and Rosary Priory.
