Zac R. is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in systems administration, engineering, and operations spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Technical Operations Sr. Systems Administrator at Milliman since November 2022, Zac previously held the role of Sr. Systems Engineer at Nippon Express USA for nearly a decade, where significant achievements included migrating multiple security solutions and managing Active Directory, as well as recovering critical data within a tight timeframe. Zac's career also includes key positions at Content Direct LLC, CSG International, and Telution Inc, where Zac led major infrastructure migrations, implemented enterprise-level IT solutions, and supported a wide range of technologies. An alumnus of DeVry University with a Bachelor's degree in Network and Communications Management, Zac also has military experience as a Data Systems Specialist in the United States Marine Corps.
