Milliner Construction is an independent Builder specialising in bespoke residential work.  We work closely with Clients, Architects and other Construction Professionals to deliver their vision and intent in the built form.  We understand that every bespoke project is unique, and invariably requires the integration of details and techniques to tolerances and expectation ordinary buildings rarely require.  We thrive on these challenges and derive great satisfaction in working on and delivering these aspirational projects.  We undertake much of the groundwork, brickwork, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery and electrical works directly, and we have developed a small group of like-minded, trusted tradesmen and suppliers to supplement our service.

We are fortunate that our experience and reputation has enabled us to be invited to negotiate all our projects to date. We recognise that bespoke Architectural and Engineered solutions are difficult to estimate accurately, and we have developed a transparent working practise to help achieve this.
