Pratap Dev is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, strategy, and development across various industries. Currently serving in the Transformation Office at Caldic since May 2024 and as a Venture Scout at Million Ventures since July 2022, Pratap has previously held significant roles at organizations such as Uber, Marley Spoon, Glovo, and DHL Supply Chain. Pratap's expertise includes marketplace operations, partner operations, and strategic business development, with a notable tenure at DTDC Express Limited as Head of Strategic Programs. Pratap holds a Master of Business Administration from Esade and is pursuing an additional MBA through the University of Michigan's International Exchange program, complemented by a B.Tech in Chemical-Oils from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
