The Operations Team at Millis Development & Construction plays a crucial role in ensuring project execution runs seamlessly from initiation to completion. This team, comprising of Superintendents, Project Coordinators, a Safety Director, and the Director of Operations for Dallas, oversees on-site management, coordinates project timelines, ensures compliance with safety standards, and maintains high-quality work. Together, they ensure every park, bridge, and recreation center we build upholds our values of integrity, community, quality, and safety.
