Austin Arrington

Austin Arrington is an engineering leader focused on regenerative agriculture, green infrastructure, and renewable energy product innovation. They founded PLANT Group, an ecological design and engineering firm, and currently serve as VP of Engineering at MillPont, where they are revolutionizing environmental asset management in agricultural value chains. Previously, they held roles as a software engineer, data scientist, and technical product manager at various organizations, contributing to advancements in soil health monitoring and ecological conservation. Austin began their career as a Mental Health Technician and has since integrated technology with sustainability to drive impactful solutions. They hold a degree from the State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry.
