T.N. T.

T.N.T. has held various roles in the technology industry since 1993. T.N. began their career as VP GM/Operations at FTS Systems, Inc. in 1993, where they transformed a marginally profitable company into an efficient manufacturing organization, increasing net income from 5% to 17% in one year and 20% the next year. T.N. doubled production output in just over three years while increasing profitability. In 1998, they were appointed President of Protean/FTS Systems Inc., where they were responsible for growth and profitability during multiple ownership changes. T.N. then became VP Capital Equipment at Kinetics in 1999, where they turned-around Mega/Kinetics, a manufacturer of chemical delivery equipment for the semiconductor market, and increased revenues by 90% in the first 12 months. In 2000, they became VP Business Development at 2Scoot, a venture capital funded mobile commerce platform. From 2002 to 2005, they were COO of Wolf-tec, where they led the company through a change from entrepreneurial to professional by organizing and implementing stable processes to improve business performance. Finally, in 2005, they became President and Founder of Millrock Technology.

T.N.T. attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1977 to 1982, earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In 1997, they attended Columbia Business School for a Senior Executive School, but did not receive a degree. T.N. also attended Kothe Distilling and Real Estate Guys, but did not receive a degree from either institution.
