Greg Smith is a Partner at Mills Oakley, specializing in M&A and private equity with a focus on Real Assets. Known for executing complex transactions seamlessly, they have led high-profile deals, including Lunit’s acquisition of Volpara Health Technologies, which was shortlisted for the Asia-Pacific Awards 2025. Greg began their career in New York and worked in London for six years before joining Mills Oakley, having also held positions at Norton Rose Fulbright and Baker McKenzie. They hold a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Law and International Studies from the University of Adelaide and are fluent in German, with admissions across multiple jurisdictions including Australia and New York.
