Daniel Hatch has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Daniel started their career at BGC Partners in 2007 as an FX Trade Support, where they handled confirmation of netting, made payments, prepared SWIFT payments, and resolved trade queries. In 2008, they joined RBC Capital Markets as an FX/MM Trade support, providing support to over 40 traders globally and monitoring trade exception queues. In 2014, Daniel transitioned to Millennium Global Investments Limited, initially working as an FX Settlements/Trade Support Analyst, ensuring timely trade instructions to custodians, investigating non-receipts and fails, and performing reconciliations. Daniel later became the Middle Office/Investment Assistant and settled into the role of a Settlements Manager where they supported fund managers, performed trade booking and monitoring, and managed trade positions. Most recently, in 2022, Daniel joined MillTechFX by Millennium Global as a Senior Operations Analyst.
Daniel Hatch attended Havering Sixth Form College from 2003 to 2005, but they did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Daniel later pursued several certifications and completed various units through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) program. Specifically, they completed the CISI - IOC (Formally IAQ), CISI Unit 1 - Financial Regulations, CISI Unit 2 - Securities, CISI Unit 3 - Derivatives, IMC - Part 1 (Investment Environment), and IMC - Part 2 (Investment Practice).
