Nick Smith

Nick Smith is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product management and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and CTO at Milo Labs since March 2025, Nick is currently leading innovative projects. Previously, Nick founded Rombo, a copilot for interaction design, and participated in the Techstars London Cohort in 2024. At Intercom from March 2020 to February 2024, Nick spearheaded the development of Workflows, a no-code automation tool that supports billions of automations monthly, and led the product development of Intercom Articles in collaboration with machine learning teams. As Head of Product at nPlan, Nick contributed to team growth and secured Series A funding from Google Ventures. Earlier roles include Founder-in-Residence at Entrepreneur First and Founder of Focalmark, a successful mobile app featured in TIME Magazine’s Top 10 Apps in 2017. Nick's career began at AKQA as a Product Associate, influencing product strategies for notable clients. Nick holds an MSc in Cognitive & Decision Sciences from UCL and a BSc in Economics from the University of Southampton.
