Dusanka Busic

Dusanka Busic is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance, organizational development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Standardization at Milsped since August 2019, Dusanka is responsible for defining QA strategies and leading the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems. Prior roles include Organizational Development Manager at Fruvita d.o.o., where Dusanka developed HR strategies and managed change initiatives, and various positions in quality management and HR consulting. Dusanka holds a degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and has pursued further education at TA Centar.
