Jonathan Fera

Jonathan Fera is currently the Director of Communications at Milwaukee County, a role they began in 2023. Previously, they served as the Communications and Marketing Officer for the Milwaukee Department of City Development and Port Milwaukee, and as State Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin, where they developed media relationships and crafted messaging to promote the Senator's initiatives. Jonathan's earlier experience includes being an Intergovernmental Affairs Director at Whitewater Student Government and a Public Relations Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. They hold a Master of Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
