Tim Randall has a long history in software development. Tim began their career in 2006 at Passageways, LLC, where they held the roles of Product Manager, Consulting Project Manager, and Consultant. In 2013, they co-founded Spoida Games, LLC, where they worked on a small video game written on top of Microsoft's XNA. In 2014, they joined Milyli as Director of Product Management, Director of Product Development, and Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing Milyli engineering, including all employees in the software architect, senior developer, and developer roles. Tim also worked with each employee to define career goals and personal development opportunities, served as a mentor, and provided guidance in helping each employee make progress towards their desired career trajectory. Finally, they held the role of Technical Project Manager.
Tim Randall graduated from Purdue University in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Krannert School of Management.
