Mim Beim is a Naturopath with over 35 years of clinical experience. She has a thriving naturopathic practice in Mittagong in addition to consulting online with patients around the world. She is also a senior lecturer at the Naturopathic colleges. In 2017, Mim was awarded a fellowship to the NHAA Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia, the oldest association of its kind. She has written 9 books, thousands of magazine and newspaper columns, and was a regular on TV and radio. 

Naturopath
Mim has a wealth of experience treating a range of conditions including stress, SIBO, digestive complaints, menopause and hormonal issues, sleep problems. Utilising nutrition, herbal medicine and supplements to treat the whole person. 

Buteyko Breathing
Mim has long been fascinated by the influence of breath on our health. In 2011, she travelled to Los Angeles to study with the world's leading Buteyko Breathing practitioner, Patrick McKeown. Mim is a Fellow of Buteyko Practitioners International and is now one of Australia's foremost breathing educators.
She gives courses, one-on-one sessions, weekly breathing classes and facilitates Practitioner Training courses alongside Patrick McKeown.
