Director Of Customer Service at MIM Software

Ashley Hess has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer service, formulation, quality analysis, and microbiology. Ashley currently works at MIM Software Inc. as the Director of Customer Service since July 2022. Prior to that, they held roles such as Version Requirements Manager and Customer Service Team Lead. Ashley also worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Formulation Technician for 10 years, where they were involved in developing and validating laboratory equipment and reagents. Ashley worked at Philips as a Quality Analyst, creating release criteria and checklists for nuclear imaging and CT machinery. Additionally, they gained experience as a Microbiologist at Ben Venue Laboratories, performing various tests and training new employees.

Ashley Hess attended the University of Cincinnati from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Biology with a focus on Pre-Veterinary Studies. Besides their academic journey, Ashley also holds certifications in Inclusive Leadership from Cuyahoga Community College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) and Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belts.
