James Eiben

James Eiben has work experience in various roles and companies. From July 2019 to present, they have been working at MIM Software Inc. as a Technical Content Developer II. Prior to this, from July 2019 to October 2022, they held the position of Technical Content Developer at the same company. From September 2017 to June 2019, James worked as a Substitute Teacher at Rachel Wixey & Associates. James also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at Cleveland State University from August 2016 to May 2017.

James Eiben earned a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State University in the years 2016-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the same institution, attending from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes" from Coursera in August 2021, "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" from Coursera in July 2021, and "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" from Coursera in June 2021.
