Josh Purdy has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Josh started their career at Suarez Corporation Industries as a Telemarketing Representative, where they excelled in sales and customer service. Josh then moved on to Skycasters as a Technical Support Associate, troubleshooting internet connectivity issues for customers. Josh later joined InfoCision Management Corporation as a Help Desk Analyst, providing tier 1 support for multiple locations and working extensively with Microsoft and Cisco applications. Josh then worked at Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy as a Desktop Support Technician, before joining their current position as an Information Technology Support Specialist at MIM Software Inc.
