Michael Vandervaart

Michael Vandervaart has several years of work experience in the technology field. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Computer Technician at The University of Akron. During this time, they gained experience in computer maintenance, troubleshooting, and support. In 2011, Michael joined MIM Software Inc. as a Customer Solutions Engineer Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for network security and maintenance, systems administration and support, and providing technical support to clients. Michael also handled PC and laptop support and troubleshooting for both Windows and Mac OS.

Michael Vandervaart earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Systems from The University of Akron. Michael attended the university from 2006 to 2011. Prior to their university education, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification in May 2005.
