Prior to their university roles, they gained work experience as a Helper at Mike's Hardwood Floors for a brief period from June 2011 to August 2011.

Timothy Susman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Physics Honors from Wayne State University in the years 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the same institution from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Timothy also obtained a Bridge Graduate Certificate in Injury Biomechanics from Wayne State University in the years 2018 to 2019. Prior to attending Wayne State University, Timothy attended Bethany Christian School from 2010 to 2014.
