Will Volk has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Will most recently served as the Executive Vice President at MIMCO, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at Rise Commercial Partners from January 2021 to September 2021. Will also worked as a Vice President - Investments at Intrepid Equity Investments from August 2019 to January 2021. Will gained valuable experience as an Assistant Vice President at The Retail Connection from May 2012 to August 2019. Will's career started at Oxford Commercial, where they served as both an Associate Vice President from October 2010 to May 2012 and an Associate from September 2006 to September 2010.
Will Volk completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Business, and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they enrolled from 2018 to 2019.
