Beth Reith

Beth Reith is a seasoned professional in procurement and project management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Procurement at Mimecast since January 2018, Beth has focused on global procurement, process improvement, and project management. Prior to Mimecast, Beth held the position of Associate Director at Shire Pharmaceuticals, overseeing commercial real estate and facilities, and served as Director of Procurement & Facilities at PeopleFluent, managing procurement processes and facilities for a SaaS company. Beth's career also includes significant roles at Boston Scientific as Global PTP Manager and Strategic Sourcing Manager, contributing to process improvements in the procure-to-pay cycle and implementing new systems for operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes senior buyer positions at Phoenix Controls Corporation, where procurement included electronic components and manufacturing support. Beth holds an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
