Sam Small

Sam Small possesses extensive experience in information security and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Operating Partner and Chief Information Security Officer at ClearSky since December 2013, Sam also contributes as an advisor and consultant at Intel Corporation and as a member of the Intel Capital Security Leaders Council. Additional roles include membership in the Cyber Resilience Think Tank at Mimecast and previous tenure as Chief Security Officer at ZeroFOX. Past leadership positions include Chairman and CEO of Fast Orientation, co-founder and Managing Partner at Camaril, as well as Litigation Consultant and Expert Witness at Harbor Labs. Sam's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in Engineering from the same institution, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from William & Mary, supplemented by a certification in Chief Information Security Officer from Carnegie Mellon University.
