Simon Boylan is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager with a strong background in managing client relationships and delivering digital solutions. Currently at Mimecast since September 2022, Simon previously held similar roles at Snyk and Immersive Labs. With over a decade at Mimecast from 2011 to 2021, Simon specialized in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for major clients through service reviews and training.
