Simon Robinson

Simon Robinson is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience across various roles in information security and operations management. Currently serving as the Cyber Security Operations Manager at Mimecast since July 2023, Simon is also the Founder of ASSIMIL8, active since October 2019. Previous positions include Information Security Manager at King & Wood Mallesons, SOC Manager at WithYouWithMe, and Global Security Operations Manager at Verifone, where Simon built a Security Operations Center and led threat hunting initiatives. Simon has also held roles focused on security risk assessment at Santander UK and functional solutions design at Leicester City Council. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Enterprise Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics with Space Technology from the University of Salford.
