Vu Tran

Vu Tran has extensive experience in technical support and IT infrastructure, currently serving as a Customer Technical Support Engineer at Mimecast since October 2016, focusing on enhancing customer utilization of email security solutions. Prior to that, Vu worked as an IT Contractor at Insight Global from September 2015 to October 2016, where responsibilities included HelpDesk support, accounts management, and systems administration. Vu served in the United States Marine Corps from June 2006 to April 2013, achieving the rank of Sergeant and obtaining CompTIA certifications in Network+ and Security+. Vu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from UMass Boston, completed between 2007 and 2015.
