Mark Trainer

Mark Trainer is an experienced attorney currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel at MiMedx since February 2015, where responsibilities include managing all litigation and acting as the lead legal contact for purchasing and clinical trial agreements. Prior to MiMedx, Mark Trainer worked as Commercial Counsel at Spirit AeroSystems, focusing on commercial contracting and litigation management, and was a Senior Associate at Alston & Bird, specializing in complex commercial and securities litigation. Earlier in the career, Mark Trainer was an Associate at Baker & Daniels, representing employers in employment disputes, and at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff. Mark Trainer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a BA in History from Harding University.
