David Reed

David Reed is the CEO of Mimetics, LLC, a company that provides computational tools for researchers studying cell level biological networks. David is also a Principal at Criterion Capital, LLC, working with entrepreneurs to build and realize equity values. David is a Co-Founder of Bright View Technologies, Inc, and has extensive experience in finance and Mergers and Acquisitions at companies such as Prudential Bache and Lehman Brothers. David has a D Phil in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, and a JD/MBA in Finance/Tax from the University of Pennsylvania.
