MiMIAT Health is a patient-anchored OS for chronic disease management.

Through a portable health data wallet, patients unify time-stamped Patient-Reported Data and progressively add medical device data and clinical records, turning fragmented inputs into longitudinal Real-World Data that can be securely shared across multidisciplinary care teams and geographies. Clinical teams receive real-time signals and clinician-ready summaries to flag anomalies early, stratify risk, and track treatment effectiveness. An upcoming AI-assisted clinical layer will summarize the patient’s longitudinal record for faster clinical review.

Our multilingual, free patient app is live in 90+ countries on iOS and Android, enabling gastrointestinal patients to capture time-stamped Patient-Reported Data. We are progressively expanding into additional chronic conditions, starting with cardiovascular health and women’s health. Our clinician web app complements this by helping healthcare professionals follow patient progress over time. We are implementing this with clinical and academic partners to validate workflows, generate real-world evidence, and bring the platform into day-to-day care.
