The company was originally known as HUME Industrial Rubber Products Sdn Bhd ( HIRP) which has operated since 1975. In January 1994, Min Industries Sdn Bhd was established through the management buy-off of HIRP led by Dr Sam Loo, the Technical Manager of HIRP at that time.

With the concerted efforts and dedication by all members from Min Industries Sdn Bhd, the company grew and we actively participated in the mega developements in  Malaysia by providing building and infrastructure specialise products. Some of the projects that we have participated are KLCC Twin Tower, the new Sepang Airport - KLIA, Bukit Jalil NSC Stadium, Penang Bridge, Istana Baru (Jalan Kuching), LRT & MRT, PLUS Highway just to name a few.
 
Overseas projects is also a major contribution to our company's growth and sales. Country which we have supplied our products are USA, New Zealand, Japan, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Iran, Taiwan, Philipines, Hong Kong, Holland, Spain, Peru, Kuwait, Brunei, Australia, Turkey and many more.
 
In 2013, Min Industries Sdn Bhd aquired Robinson Seismic Limited (New Zealand) which is the inventor of Lead Rubber Bearings and specialist in seismic protection devices. You can know more about RSL by visiting our website at www.robinsonseismic.com.
