Curt Dubbin is currently the Utility Division Manager at Mincon, where they oversee operations related to HDD, MRM, and horizontal applications. Previously, they served as the HDD Division Manager for Mincon Group from 2016 to 2025 and held the position of Drill Foreman at Dig America Inc. from 1993 to 2005, operating a variety of drills. They have extensive experience as an Underground Solution Specialist at both Vermeer Canada and Vermeer Manufacturing, specializing in directional drilling. Curt is presently pursuing an IOC Mine Orientation degree at Dexter Institute and has completed various sales training programs.
