MIND Advisory is an independent mining advisory firm helping mining companies, investors and institutions make informed decisions across the mining lifecycle.

Our work combines technical expertise, commercial insight and practical experience to support project development, investment decisions, operational improvement and long-term value creation.

We advise on mining strategy, exploration and resource development, technical studies, mining economics, due diligence, ESG and sustainability, project management, governance and transaction support. Depending on the assignment, we act as strategic advisors, independent reviewers, project managers or implementation partners.

Rather than addressing technical, financial, ESG and governance matters in isolation, we bring them together to help clients understand what matters, what is missing and what should happen next.

We work with project owners, mining companies, investors, financial institutions and public-sector organisations to support decisions that are technically sound, commercially robust and ready for execution.

Our objective is simple: to help clients make better mining decisions with greater confidence.
