Mind-Care is a multidisciplinary mental health service providing psychology, psychiatry and neurology care through both in-clinic and secure telehealth services.

Based in Charlestown, NSW, our team supports individuals and referring professionals across Australia, with a focus on improving access to high-quality mental health care in regional and underserved communities.

Our clinicians work within a coordinated medical–allied health framework, allowing individuals to access psychology, psychiatry, neurology and allied health services within one service when clinically appropriate.

This integrated model supports continuity of care and enables escalation of treatment without individuals needing to restart their care pathway or repeat assessments.

We work closely with GPs, specialists and community providers to ensure clear communication, safe clinical governance and continuity of care.
