Chris and Melanie Witkowski are the founders of Mind Change Consulting and have been married since 2001. Chris is a retired Police Chief with more than 25 years of leadership experience and is a Maxwell Certified DISC Consultant and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. Melanie is an Executive Director of a nonprofit organization with over 15 years of leadership experience. Together, they are certified One Extraordinary Marriage Coaches, Trainers, and Speakers, helping individuals, leaders, and couples achieve personal and professional growth.
