Founded by Adela Baker in 2016, Mind Coach helps Turbo Thinkers (adults with ADHD) who are adventurous, online professionals, curious, creative, wanderers, explorers, global citizens and more to overcome executive function challenges by embracing neurodiversity, focusing on empowerment and self-advocacy, celebrating strengths of ADHD and having a growth mindset within a collaborative and non-judgmental environment.
