Roger Sam

Roger Sam has had a long and varied career in business development and strategic initiatives. Roger began their career in 1995 at Xerox Business Services as an Operations Systems Analyst and Solutions Consultant, where they supported sales staff with technical solutions and provided end-user training. Roger then moved to Xerox in 2000 as a Solutions Engagement Manager, where they managed solution sales cycles and educated sales force. In 2003, they moved to Xerox Global Services as a Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, and Principal, where they maintained relationships with C-level clients and advocated for Lean Six Sigma processes. In 2007, they joined Hewlett Packard, Imaging & Printing Group as an Enterprise Solutions and Services Principal, where they closed $9.2M in new logo business for Managed Print Services. In 2012, they became Business Development Manager at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Inc. In 2016, they joined ProSphere as VP, Practice Management & Marketing and Director of Business Development, and TISTA Science and Technology Corporation as Director of Business Development. In 2019, they moved to HigherEchelon, Inc. as VP, Federal Technology Programs. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Mind Computing as VP, Growth and Strategic Initiatives.

Roger Sam attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1997. Roger then attended Northern Virginia Community College from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained four certifications: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in September 2019, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2019, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in April 2019.
