Marco Caselli has extensive work experience in the field of mathematics. In 2021, they began working as a Research Scientist for Mind Foundry. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Data Scientist / Researcher Programmer for ONI (Oxford Nanoimaging), where they designed and implemented analytical methods and machine learning solutions, translated academic papers methods, and developed the infrastructure of the cloud back-end services. From 2014 to 2018, they were a PhD student in Mathematics at the University of Warwick, where they conducted research in computational number theory and also served as a Teaching Assistant. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Scientific Entertainer for the Associazione Festival della Scienza, where they presented scientific topics to thousands of visitors. Marco also worked as a Co-author of tests for mathematical olympic games and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Genoa from 2010 to 2014.
Marco Caselli obtained their Laurea Triennale in Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Genova in 2009-2012. Marco then attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Műnchen in 2012. After that, they obtained their Laurea Magistrale LM in Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Genova in 2012-2014. Most recently, Marco obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mathematics from University of Warwick in 2014-2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera in February 2019.
