Mor Rubinstein

Mor Rubinstein is a seasoned Data Strategy Consultant with a robust background in data infrastructure and community coordination. They served as the International Community Coordinator for Open Knowledge from 2014 to 2017 and held the position of Head of Data Strategy at Parkinson's UK from 2020 to 2021, where they streamlined data processes and led a team of analysts. Currently, Mor works as a Data Strategy Consultant for NHS England and as Head of Data, Digital, & Technology Enablement at Mind, driving digital transformation across organizations. They also offer freelance consulting, focusing on data strategies and feminist data expertise. Mor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Jewish History from The Hebrew University and a Master’s in Social Sciences of the Internet from the University of Oxford.
