After spending over a year analysing the London letting markets, the founders of Mind the Flat found an immense dissatisfaction generated from poor service and massive fees within the letting market. Mind the Flat was created to provide clients with a refreshingly transparent service, in an obscure market dominated by expensive High Street agencies.

By combining the methods of a traditional agency with innovative technologies, Mind the Flat is able to provide low fees and personalised service. With employees from Brazil, Italy, Spain, Britain, and America, Mind the Flat is able to provide a high standard of personalised care for foreign and local investors.

Through using Mind the Flat, clients are able to reach over 2 million new customers through property portals like Zoopla, Prime Location, or Gumtree. Through research and credit checks, we offer top-tier tenants coming from blue chip companies in the London area.

Clients can be assured that their voice will be understood and communication will be clear. At Mind the Flat we strive to provide an exceptional service through the professional and personal relationships we build.

We never forget that the property is one of the most important assets and we ensure that by instructing Mind the Flat, your property will be in a professional and safe pair of hands.
